1. The Inspire Travel Scheme is provisioned by Inspire Europe Ltd., Company number: 560

2. Signing up to and using the program on the Inspire Travel Scheme Platform
www.travelschemebyinspire.co.uk constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions,
and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then you are not authorised to use this our Platform.
3. For the duration of a signed agreement Inspire will provision employees of client companies signed up to the scheme, who have requested and been approved for a specific Travel
Scheme amount with a Travel Account to be used to book travel products on https://www.travelbyinspire.co.uk/ or by calling Inspire’s travel agents direct.
4. Each eligible employee as approved by the employer and supplied with the companies Travel
Scheme number will be able to visit travelschemebyinspire.co.uk to sign up, activate their account (and profile) and request a Travel Account up to certain value on the platform.
5. Subject to approval of the Travel Account request by the employer the employee will receive
a Variation of Contract (VOC) signature request by email which must be signed (e-signed) to
indicate their agreement to receive a deduction to their monthly salary payment in return for
the same amount received in form of the Travel Account.
6. If the request is declined by the employer, the employee will receive an email notification and
will be able to make a new request for a lower amount and submit this for approval.
7. Once the signed VOC has been received, Inspire will issue the respective invoice to the
employer. Upon receipt of payment the creation of the Travel Account will be triggered, and
the Travel Account made available for download in the employee’s Travel Scheme account
area.
8. The Travel Account can then be used to book and pay or partially pay for travel products on
https://www.travelbyinspire.co.uk/ or by calling Inspire’s travel agents directly.
9. The Travel Account will have a validity of 24 months from the date of issuance
10. An employee can, throughout the course of their employer’s agreement with Inspire, request
a Travel Account once within each 12 month period.
11. AAny travel products purchased / bookings made using the Travel Account will be subject to
Travel by Inspire’s booking terms and conditions https://www.travelbyinspire.co.uk/booking-
terms/ .
12. The Employer will use reasonable endeavours to publicise the Scheme widely and effectively
amongst its employees.
13. The Employer is responsible for ensuring that the Scheme is operated in accordance with all
applicable laws and regulations and that it has all necessary licences in place.
14. he Employer is responsible for ensuring that it only enters into a Hire Agreement under the
Scheme with those employees who, after application of the Travel Account arrangement
envisaged by the Scheme, earn at least the National Minimum Wage and are aged 18 or over.
15.Personal data captured shall be processed by applicable data protection laws and
regulations. The personal data is held and processed solely by Inspire. The personal data shall be processed for the execution of the Travel Account request. No personal data shall be
passed to third parties except where official rights to include participants in the newsletter
distribution list were granted.

These Terms & Conditions cover Travel Account issued by Inspire Europe Ltd (Inspire). Inspire operate an ABTA, ATOL and IATA licensed travel agency. Bookings made with Inspire using Travel Account are also subject to the booking Terms & Conditions which are made available at time of booking. Travel Account are valid for a period of up to 24 months from date of issuance, unless a shorter validity is shown in your Welcome Email or advised to you upon issuance of the Travel Account in which case the shortest validity date applies. Balance enquiries and card Travel Account validity can be obtained online or by calling the number displayed in the Welcome Email. Alternatively, these can also be obtained by calling +44 (0)161 440 6620. Travel Accounts are not cheque guarantee, credit, or charge cards. Inspire will not accept liability for lost or stolen Travel Account details, fraudulent usage, or identity theft.
Travel Accounts can only be used for new travel bookings provided by Inspire only and cannot be used for bookings with other travel providers nor can they be used in conjunction with travel vouchers or other promotions. Standalone Flight, Cruise, Eurotunnel, or Ferry products may be booked when using a Travel Account but will attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking. Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are detailed in your Welcome Email when the Travel Account is selected through your employer’s employee benefit scheme. The Travel Account may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount selected, on payment of the difference. Travel Accounts can only be redeemed on new bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any other products, outstanding balances on an existing booking or to buy gift cards or e-gift cards. If a booking with a Travel Account is subsequently changed or cancelled, any money owing will be refunded back to the original form of payment(s) used to make the booking.
Illustrative Example: a calculated refund of £600 due to cancellation on a £1,000 payment for a booking, where £200 (20%) was paid with a Travel Account, and £800 (80%) was paid on a credit card, would result in £120 (20% of calculated refund amount) refund on to the original Travel Account used on the booking and £480 (80% of calculated refund amount) refund back to the original payment card used.
If you do not use the entire balance on the Travel Account, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction by selecting Travel Accounts via Inspire you agreed to receive communications specific to using your Travel Account from Inspire Europe Limited. You can unsubscribe from these at any point using the link in the email. Travel Accounts cannot be returned or refunded. Inspire Europe Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Travel Accounts at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
